Austrian Deputy Trade Commissioner and Commercial Attaché Kerstin Peckl is the Deputy Trade Commissioner and Commercial Attaché at the Austrian Embassy in New Delhi, where she supports Austrian companies in developing business opportunities and strategic partnerships in India. Combining a multidisciplinary academic background with extensive professional experience, she holds a Master of Science in Environmental Technology & International Affairs from the Diplomatic Academy Vienna and the Technical University of Vienna, graduating with distinction. She also earned a Master of Advanced Studies in Renewable Energy & Energy Management, reflecting her strong interest in sustainability, technology, and international economic cooperation. Prior to joining Austria’s Foreign Trade Organization,
Ms. Peckl worked as an independent consultant specializing in air cargo supply chain security, quality management, data protection, and process improvement. She served as a validator for the Independent Validation Agency for Known Consignors on behalf of Austria’s Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation, and Technology and advised organizations on certification, compliance, and operational efficiency in logistics. Her aviation expertise is further strengthened by her work with Aviation NOW Consulting and as a lecturer at the Air Cargo Academy at Linz Airport, providing her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities shaping the global air cargo industry today.
