Kiran Jain is the Chief Operating Officer at Noida International Airport (DXN), India, where she leads the operational and aero commercial strategies for one of India’s most anticipated Greenfield airports. As a core member of the start-up leadership team, she has been closely involved from the very beginning in every aspect of setting up the airport — spanning design, operationalization, and management of various stakeholders to ensure readiness from day one.

With over 30 years of experience across the aviation and hospitality sectors in India and the U.S., she has held leadership roles at WOW Air, AirAsia, OYO, and GMR Delhi International Airport. Her work has spanned aero commercial strategy, route planning, revenue optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
