Mark Sutch is the Chief Commercial Officer for Cargo and Head of International Development at IndiGo Airlines. In his expanded role, he is responsible for both commercial and operational activities of the airline’s cargo division, including the newly introduced freighter aircraft, while also leading the airline’s international growth and expansion strategies.

Mark has a wealth of experience in the airline industry, having spent 25 years with Cathay Pacific, where he held key roles across various departments, including Flight Operations, Revenue Management, and Cargo. During his tenure at Cathay Pacific, he was based in diverse geographies such as Korea, Taiwan, The Philippines, France, Sri Lanka, and India.

Prior to joining IndiGo, Mark served as the Chief Commercial Officer at CMA CGM Air Cargo, where he played a crucial role in the airline’s start-up phase before its joint venture integration with Air France KLM Cargo. ‘

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Durham University, UK, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, France. He is currently based at IndiGo’s Headquarters in Gurgaon, India.
