Monish Nandi is the Managing Director – Planning & Engineering, India at FedEx, based in Mumbai. In this role, he is responsible for delivering best-in-class service by driving process improvements, strengthening infrastructure and capabilities, and deploying automation and advanced technology solutions in alignment with global standards.

A industry veteran with several years of operations and leadership experience, Monish has played a pivotal role in the growth of FedEx in India. He began his career at FedEx as a manager and was instrumental in the successful integration of TNT India businesses with FedEx Express.
Monish is a recipient of the prestigious FedEx Five Star Award (2013), the company’s highest accolade, recognizing outstanding performance. He was also honored with the MEISA President Award FY’26 for his exceptional contribution to business growth and service excellence.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Honors) from the University of Calcutta and an Executive Management Certificate from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
