Mr. Shantanu Bhadkamkar is a prominent second-generation entrepreneur and an influential leader in India’s logistics, customs brokerage and international freight-forwarding ecosystem. As Managing Director of ATC Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd., he has been at the helm of the organisation since 1986, having joined the family business in 1981, and has played a pivotal role in developing ATC into a full-service international freight forwarder and customs broker with a broad pan-India presence. ATC today offers an integrated portfolio spanning air freight, consolidation, freight forwarding, logistics, NVOCC, project forwarding, road transportation and warehousing, reflecting the breadth of the business platform built under his leadership.

Mr. Bhadkamkar’s professional passion extends beyond building his own enterprise to strengthening the larger architecture of Indian trade and logistics. He has consistently championed multimodal transportation, trade facilitation, regulatory efficiency, technology adoption and stronger collaboration between industry and government. His extensive industry leadership includes serving as President of the Association of Multimodal Transport Operators of India (AMTOI), Chairman of the International Federation of Customs Brokers Associations (IFCBA), and President/Chairman or advisor to organisations including FFFAI, MACCIA and the Mumbai Round Table of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. He is also associated with several institutional and government-linked bodies, including the Indian Maritime University, Logistics Sector Skill Council and TN Apex Skill Training Centre for Transportation and Logistics.

His leadership extends into manufacturing as Chairman of Rotomatic Containers Pvt. Ltd., while his commitment to professional development is reflected in his completion of the Owner/President Management programme at Harvard Business School and his recognition as an Honorary Fellow of the Narottam Morarjee Institute of Shipping. In 2025, his contribution to trade facilitation was recognised with the “Dynamic Trade Facilitator of the Year – Mumbai” award at the Western India Air Cargo Conclave & Awards.
