Mr. Sreenivas Rao Nandigam is a distinguished supply-chain leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer-products sectors and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head – Global Supply Chain at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., one of India’s largest pharmaceutical companies and a leading global specialty and generic medicines player. Since taking charge of Sun Pharma’s global supply chain in September 2017, he has been responsible for a highly complex international supply-chain network supporting the movement and availability of medicines across markets, making resilience, responsiveness, efficiency and patient-centricity central to his leadership mandate.
Mr. Nandigam brings a strong combination of strategic supply-chain expertise and hands-on operational experience, having previously worked with leading global organisations including Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser. One of the defining themes of his career has been the ability to manage complex transformation and scale-up programmes. Among the projects he has identified as particularly challenging was setting up a manufacturing facility in Uttarakhand from the ground up within a highly demanding ten-month timeframe during his tenure at Reckitt Benckiser, demonstrating his strengths in execution, cross-functional coordination and delivering large-scale initiatives under stringent timelines.
