After a successful journey with multiple premium carriers, Anupama is now contributing to the growth of WFS— world’s leading air cargo handler. In her current role as Head of Commercial, WFS BLR, she drives revenue, profitability, and growth by leading commercial strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring business goals are consistently met.

Glyn Hughes

Glyn has been involved in Air Cargo for nearly 40 years having started his career with British Caledonian in the UK. He joined IATA in 1991 and become IATA’s Global Head of Cargo in June 2014. In February 2021, Glyn joined TIACA as its first Director general where he works with the Board to deliver the organization’s vision for a safe, profitable and united air cargo industry that embraces modern technologies and practices, to sustainably serve trade and social development worldwide. Priority areas include safety, security, sustainability, digitalization and innovation. He is dedicated to developing collaborative relationships and is a firm believer in supporting the next generation of industry leaders and innovators.
Mark Sutch is Chief Commercial Officer for Cargo at IndiGo Airlines, responsible for both commercial and operational activities, including the airline’s newly introduced freighter aircraft. Mark has a wealth of experience in the airline business having spent 25 years with Cathay Pacific where he held key roles in
various departments of the airline including Flight Operations, Revenue Management and Cargo. During his time in Cathay Pacific, he was based in diverse geographies including Korea, Taiwan, The Philippines, France, Sri Lanka and India. Prior to joining IndiGo, Mark was Chief Commercial Officer at CMA CGM Air Cargo helping the airline in its start-up stage before its JV integration with Air France KLM Cargo. Mark holds a Batchelor’s degree from Durham University, UK, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, France. He is based at IndiGo’s Head Quarters in Gurgaon, India.
Dr. Jivisha Joshi Gangopadhyay is the Deputy Secretary in Logistics Division, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade in the Ministry of Commerce. She is the nodal officer for PMGatishakti. Along with PMgatishakti, her responsibilities include – National logistics policy, International and EXIM related issues pertaining to logistics. She is also nodal officer for Ease of doing business and looks after BReady index along with Decriminalization of laws of investment friendliness in country. On the logistics and infrastructure front, she has been working with multinational organizations including G20, BIMSTEC, SCO, Asian Development Bank and World Bank, and also part of international coordination efforts with countries such as Germany, and Republic of Korea. She is an officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service with extensive experience in operational and project management areas. She is an avid reader, trained dancer and travel enthusiast.

Joyce’s background spans a variety of segments including smart manufacturing, B2B2B and
B2B2C ecommerce, smart packaging, and managing large sales and professional services
organizations in Asia for global companies.
Mr. Keku Bomi Gazder is the Managing Director & CEO of Aviapro Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd., with over 35 years of experience in the air cargo industry across the Middle East, Levant, and Indian Subcontinent.
He formerly served as CEO of AAICLAS, India’s largest air cargo terminal operator, and was Regional Director for Saudi Arabian Airlines Cargo. He also held leadership roles with Kenya Airways Cargo and Martinair Cargo during his 21-year tenure in the Middle East.
At AAICLAS, he launched India’s first Road/Air transshipment via Kolkata (2018) and played a key role in initiatives like Lifeline Udaan, Vaccine Maitri, and Krishi Udaan. He commissioned several cargo terminals across India, significantly strengthening the nation’s air logistics infrastructure.

Satish Lakkaraju is a veteran in the logistics and supply chain industry with over 30 years of experience. He currently serves as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Air Freight and Pharma at Wiz Freight.
Starting his career with TNT Skypak, Satish has held key leadership roles at AFL Pvt. Ltd., Dachser India, and Agility Logistics, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer for six years. His expertise spans Air & Ocean Freight, Operations, Customs Clearance, and Sales.
An alumnus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Satish is a Board Member of ACFI, Chair of its Event Management pillar, and Vice Chairman of the Knowledge & Research Task Pillar.
He is a passionate advocate for life sciences logistics and a recognized cold chain expert, regularly speaking at national and international forums. Satish is also the Founder and Chairman of the renowned Cold Chain Unbroken (CCUB) event, running successfully for six years.

Ramesh Mamidala is an engineer with masters in transport planning and MBA from
Bradford University. Ramesh has been in logistics industry for more than 30 years, out of
which he spent more than 2 and half decades in air cargo logistics industry.
Ramesh spent more than one and half decades with Emirates Group in Dubai working across
multiple functions and business units such as Danata Cargo, Mercator and Emirates
SkyCargo. In his stint with Emirates SkyCargo, he managed infrastructure development,
global products development/ management, and special products operations at the hub.
He was associated with Qatar Airways Group as the Head of QAS Cargo wherein he
managed the transition of airport cargo operations from the old airport to the current
airport in 2014.
He was the CEO of Celebi Cargo Business in Delhi from 2014 to 2019 wherein Delhi airport
witnessed its cargo volumes exceeding 1 million tons annually.
He was the Chief Cargo Officer for Adani Airports Holdings Limited until recently managing
both Cargo and GH business units.
He is currently associated with Air India Cargo as Head Cargo in Gurgaon. He is here to
transform Cargo Structure in Air India. In view of plan of freighter induction, to balance
capacity to operate multiple hubs in India. Working on extensive scale to fill out this
capacity imbalance. He is working to establish an Establishment of Logistics Module as per
latest Industry Norms.
Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu (born December 18, 1987, in Nimmada, Srikakulam) is a dynamic Indian politician and the youngest-ever Cabinet Minister in the NDA government as of 2024. Son of the late TDP leader and Central Minister Yerran Naidu, he carries forward a legacy of public service.
Educated at Delhi Public School, RK Puram, he earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Long Island. Initially pursuing a career in Singapore, he entered politics following his father’s demise in 2012.
At age 26, he became the second youngest MP in the 16th Lok Sabha, elected from Srikakulam in 2014. A close associate of N. Chandrababu Naidu, he plays a key leadership role in the TDP, including during crises like NCBN’s arrest.
As an MP, he served on several key parliamentary committees including Agriculture, Railways, Home Affairs, and OBC welfare. In 2020, he received the Sansad Ratna Award for his parliamentary performance.

Shri Piyush Srivastava is a seasoned Indian Economic Service Officer. He did his M.Phil. from the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi.
He has over 30 years of practical experience in General Management, Policy Formulation, Scheme Formulation and Implementation, Strategy, Evaluation, Economic Analysis, Monitoring Training.
Shri Srivastava has served with distinction in various Ministries in responsible positions in different Departments/Divisions handling sensitive charges. His eventful journey in the Government involved dealing with Power Sector at the peak of the crisis period and subsequent reforms, dealing with multilateral funding agencies (WBLADB), Capital Markets Administration, Command Area Development, Consumer Affairs, Government Expenditure Regulation, Economic Intelligence and Industrial Development. He was the Project Director of a World Bank aided GoI flag scheme in which he was involved from conception to successful implementation.
In the past he has served on Boards of Project & Development India Ltd. (PDIL), National Fertilizers Corporation, NSFDC, Global Innovation & Technology Alliance (GITA) and National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. Besides he has been the Vice-Chairman / on the Governing Council of 22 MSME Technology Centers. Presently on the Board of AAICLAS.
In his present posting in Ministry of Civil Aviation he looks after the Drones, Cargo Sector, Aircraft Manufacturing & MROs and Aircraft Leasing &Financing, Aero Sports, HR & Skill Development.
Yash Sharma is a visionary logistics leader and Managing Director of Skyways Group, founded in 1983 by his father, S.L. Sharma. A graduate of the University of Delhi (1995) and an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Strategic IQ program (2014), Yash joined the family business after initial experience in the export industry.
Under his leadership, Skyways has grown from a 17-member team in 1995 to over 950 personnel across 31 locations in India and overseas offices in Germany, Vietnam, UAE, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, and Thailand. The Group comprises multiple specialized entities in air, ocean, road, express logistics, LCL consolidation, IT, and learning.
Notably, Yash launched CargoFlash, the world’s first web marketplace for air cargo, in 2000. Skyways has ranked as India’s No. 1 Air Freight Forwarder (2017–2022, World ACD) and No. 29 globally in IATA’s e-AWB rankings.
He served as President of Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI) (2022–2024), advocating for a globally competitive Indian air cargo ecosystem in partnership with government and industry bodies.
Mr. Rajesh Menon is the Regional Head of Cargo for South Asia, Middle East,
and Africa (SAMEA) and is based in Mumbai, India. He has an experience of
over 20 years in airport operations, and in Cargo and Passenger Sales and
Marketing. Born and educated in Mumbai, Mr. Menon has been working with
Cathay since 2005.
Having being appointed as the Regional Head of Cargo in October 2018, Mr.
Menon has been responsible for overseeing the business and operations for
Cathay Cargo.
